1. Returns

All returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Please contact our Customer Support team immediately if you receive a faulty or incorrect product so we can resolve the issue promptly.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Refunds do not include original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.

3. Exchanges

We do not generally offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting our Customer Support. After this window, cancellations may not be possible if the order has entered processing or dispatch stages.

5. Pandit Service Booking Cancellation

Pandit seva bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any cancellation charges. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, partial or full charges may apply.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including perishable goods, customized items, and digital products.
